Shipping, Returns & Privacy
Shipping
Flat $8.00 shipping · free on orders over $100.00. We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are packed by hand and ship within [X business days] via [USPS / UPS]. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Natural minerals can be fragile, so every piece is [describe packing].
Returns & exchanges
[Example: If you're not happy with your piece, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged.]
Arrived damaged? Email [contact email — set it in Store Manager → Settings] within [48 hours] with a photo of the piece and the packaging and we'll make it right.
About natural stones
Every specimen is natural, so color, size, and inclusions vary. Photos show the actual piece unless a listing says otherwise. Weights and measurements are approximate.
Privacy
We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order: your name, email, shipping address, and (optionally) phone number. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. We use your details to ship your order and contact you about it. We never sell your details, and share them only with the carrier delivering your package and, if you subscribe, the service we use to send our newsletter. If you choose to save your details with Stripe Link at checkout, Stripe stores them, not us.
Newsletter. If you sign up (on the site or by ticking the box at checkout), we keep your email address and first name to send the Matesa newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Suggestions on this site. To show “Picked for you” and “Recently viewed”, this site remembers which pieces you've looked at and bought — stored only in your own browser on this device, never sent to us. You can clear it at any time:
